Half Hour
Horseback Riding
During a 30-minute horseback riding session, participants engage in hands-on riding while developing confidence, balance, and coordination. With guidance from trained instructors and supportive side-walkers, riders learn basic skills like steering, posture, and communication with the horse—all at a pace that fits their comfort level. It’s a focused, empowering experience designed to leave each rider feeling proud and uplifted.

One Hour
Horseback Riding
Our 1-hour riding sessions offer an extended opportunity for growth, exploration, and connection. Riders build on foundational skills through guided practice, trail experiences, or more advanced techniques—depending on their individual goals. This session allows for deeper engagement with the horse, creating space for breakthroughs in focus, independence, and trust, all while enjoying the peaceful rhythm of the ride..

Special Needs
Classes
Our Special Needs Riding Program is designed to meet each participant exactly where they are—with compassion, patience, and the belief that every rider has potential waiting to shine. Integrating the benefits of occupational, speech, behavioral, and physical therapy, this program uses horseback riding to support sensory regulation, social connection, core strength, and communication skills. Most importantly, it offers a joyful and inclusive space where riders of all abilities feel celebrated, supported, and deeply connected—to the horse, to others, and to themselves.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
We are proud to be part of an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy program with The Freedom Horse. This program provides a powerful, non-traditional approach to emotional and mental health support. In this unique setting, clients work alongside a licensed mental health professional and a trained equine specialist to explore trust, boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-awareness—all through their interactions with the horses. Sessions allow the horse’s natural responses to mirror human behavior and create meaningful insight. It’s a deeply reflective, healing experience that supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and more—without the pressure of talk therapy alone.
